Comparing the Alice Camera to an iPhone and Lumix camera

The first photo is shot with Alice - our AI colour science is applied which will work on-camera. The second photo is taken on an iPhone 12 Pro and the third photo is taken by a Panasonic Lumix G80 (another Micro Four Third camera) at a similar focal length, aperture, and ISO speed.

This sample photo, which has been processed with our AI colour enhancement algorithm, reflects the quality of footage that you can expect to get straight-out-of-the-camera once you receive your Alice Camera. There will be a slider on the app giving you complete control over how much of this effect you want to apply to your footage. Our multi-shot-stacking super-resolution algorithm, which can produce significantly higher quality stills straight-out-of-the-camera, is still under development and we will share samples soon

The benefit of being able to apply this algorithm is that Instead of doing colour editing afterwards, you’ll be able to do it on Alice in real-time using AI, dramatically speeding up your workflow. Taking the time out to do proper, patient colour editing in post is a process that many photographers and filmmakers dearly enjoy; we understand this. With Alice, you’ll still be able to save RAW files and do your colour editing process as normal.

However, our AI colour enhancement algorithm has been built for those moments when you need to share footage with your client in the moment with your colour style applied. With Alice, you’ll be able to Airdrop an edited photo or video to your client there and then for them to share it on social media.
